For the last 15 years this building was a storage area filled with dusty carpet and old tile. The doors were never open and the sign in the window said "Take Deliveries Next Door". In 2020, Mike and Pat Green bought the building and lovingly restored it. The outside restorations were done with the help of Mount Pleasant Main Street and a Tennessee CDBG Downtown Improvement Grant. Mount Pleasant Main Street recently received a Downtown Improvement Grant in the amount of $150,000 to help small business owners restore Mount Pleasant's beautiful historic downtown buildings. We have only just started!!!
